Who we are
Phoneme Baby is operated by Aruna, based in Singapore.

Our products and services
We offer the Foundations of Reading digital course, physical and digital flashcards and posters, a Phonics Rules E-book, and free resources including guides, games, and workshops.

Educational purpose, not professional diagnosis
Our content is designed to support general phonics learning for young children. It is not a substitute for professional evaluation or intervention. We do not diagnose or treat learning difficulties, including dyslexia, and our materials are not built or tested for speech therapy, ESL instruction, or children with diagnosed learning needs. If you have concerns about your child's development, please consult a qualified professional.

Results are not guaranteed
Every child learns at a different pace. While our methods are grounded in linguistic and early childhood education principles, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes or timelines for any individual child.

Payment and access
Course purchases are processed through New Zenler, and physical/digital product purchases through Shopify. By purchasing, you agree to those platforms' own applicable terms in addition to ours.

Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If there's an issue with your order, damaged items, wrong items received, contact us at hello@phonemebaby.com within 3 days of delivery and we'll make it right.

Digital products (digital flashcards, digital posters, e-book) are non-refundable once downloaded, given the nature of digital goods.

Intellectual property
All course content, flashcard designs, written materials, and website content belong to Phoneme Baby and may not be copied, redistributed, or resold without permission. Purchasing a product or course grants you a personal license to use it for your own family, not a license to share, teach commercially, or redistribute.

Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse this website, attempt to access it through unauthorized means, or use our content for any commercial purpose without written permission.

Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted under Singapore law, Phoneme Baby is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website, its products, or its services.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.

Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of this website after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
